These Terms of Service govern requests for and use of the online education services offered by abZ Imprinting, including the Windows ADFS course, Cisco CCNA preparation online, and the DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall & Network Security Basics course. Course descriptions identify the subject matter and included learning resources at a general level.
Educational purpose
The services are educational. They are intended to develop understanding of network administration and IT infrastructure concepts. Training does not guarantee certification, examination results, employment, promotion, revenue, system performance, security outcomes, or any particular professional result.
Requests and acceptance
Submitting the website form does not itself create a binding training engagement. A request may need to be reviewed for subject fit, timing, scope, and delivery requirements. A training engagement is accepted only when the company confirms the arrangement and any required payment or scheduling terms.
Pricing and scope
The listed course prices are $100 for Windows ADFS, $150 for Cisco CCNA preparation online, and $100 for DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall & Network Security Basics. A request that materially changes the quantity, complexity, timing, format, or requested content may require a separate quote before work begins.
Learner responsibilities
Learners are responsible for providing accurate contact information, attending scheduled online training as agreed, using lawful systems and environments for practice, maintaining backups where appropriate, and protecting their own credentials and infrastructure. Do not provide live passwords or other sensitive access secrets unless a separate secure process has been expressly agreed.
Third-party platforms and documentation
Courses may refer to third-party products, technologies, certification programs, and official documentation. Product names are used to identify the subject matter. Unless expressly stated in writing, abZ Imprinting is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Microsoft, Cisco, or other third-party technology vendors.
Intellectual property and materials
Course materials supplied by the company are for the learner’s own educational use unless another license is stated. You may not resell, publish, distribute, or represent the materials as your own. Third-party documentation remains subject to its own terms and ownership.
Acceptable use
Training and materials may not be used to facilitate unlawful access, unauthorized interception, credential theft, malicious disruption, or other abusive activity. Network security content is provided for legitimate learning, defensive administration, and authorized environments.
Limitation and availability
Online delivery can be affected by internet connectivity, hosting, email delivery, third-party platform availability, and device compatibility. The company will use reasonable efforts to provide the agreed educational service but does not promise uninterrupted access to third-party systems or documentation.
Changes and governing terms
These terms may be revised as the training catalog or operating practices change. The version posted with the current update date applies to new website use and requests unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
